Orlando 2015 — Overview

This is our third Food Blog Forum event at Walt Disney World Resort and we’re so excited! Walt Disney World always does an amazing job and 2015 will be no different! Please read below for registration information as we are doing it a little bit different this year.

Itinerary:

Friday, February 27th, evening:

  • Welcome party for attendees.

Saturday, February 28th, 8:00AM-6:00PM:

  • Full day conference at Disney for attendees. Free evening in the parks!

Sunday, March 1st:

  • Free day in the parks to spend with your family and new friends!

Monday, March 2nd, 10:00AM-12:00PM:

  • Closing event/brunch, sponsored by Visit Orlando, for attendees only. Transportation will be provided to/from the venue.

Registration

This event is currently SOLD OUT.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis with tickets releasing in 3 batches, including a special presale just for bloggers who have never attended a Disney event before. We’ve set up registration this way to be as fair as possible and to give everyone an equal chance of attending.

Newbie PRESALE:
Wednesday, November 5th at 2:00PM ET/11:00AM PT

The Newbie presale is for qualified food bloggers who have never attended an FBF Disney event before (it’s ok if you’ve attended other FBF venues). We WILL be verifying registrations to be sure you have never attended a Disney event before. If you have, your ticket will be terminated.

GENERAL Registration #1:
Saturday, November 8th at 2:00PM ET/11:00AM PT

First general registration open to all qualified food bloggers, both newbies as well as bloggers who have attended a Disney event before.

GENERAL Registration #2:
Thursday, November 13th at 2:00PM ET/11:00AM PT

Second general registration open to all qualified food bloggers, both newbies as well as bloggers who have attended a Disney event before.

Requirements

Due to a limited number of tickets available, Food Blog Forum Orlando 2015 will be open to active food bloggers ONLY, and we can only approve one writer per blog. Anyone not fitting the active food blogger criteria below will have their ticket canceled and registration fee refunded.

How do we define an active food blogger?
  • Food blogger must be blogging consistently for at least 3 months (blog started on or before August 15, 2014).
  • Blog must be a recipe or food-focused blog and have actively posted in the last 3 months.
  • For multi-author blogs, only one writer per blog may attend due to very limited space.
  • Please remember, if you are not a food blogger or you don’t include the URL to your blog when you register, your ticket will be cancelled.

Cost

  • $199 for Solo Attendees (you will be sharing a hotel room with another attendee)
  • $349 for Family Registration (yourself + up to 3 guests)
The FBF Orlando ticket price includes:
  • Admission for attendee to Friday night welcome reception
  • Admission for attendee to all-day Saturday seminar
  • Admission for attendee to Monday brunch/closing event
  • Hotel accommodations at the Grand Floridian for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
  • Disney Parks 4-day park hopper tickets for attendee and up to 3 family members*
    *up to 3 family members only applies if you purchase a family ticket.

All conference events, including welcome reception, all-day seminar, and Monday brunch are for attendees only, no family members.

My Magic+

Your park hopper tickets and hotel reservation will be linked to your Disney My Magic+ account. If you have an existing account, simply enter your account email address upon registration. If you do not have an existing account, please register at www.mydisneyexperience.com within 72 hours of purchasing your ticket (email address must match the one on your registration).

Extra Nights

If you’d like to add extra nights to your trip before/after the event (at your own expense), please specify dates upon registration. A Disney representative will be in touch with you to discuss cost and availability.

Cancellations

Tickets are non-transferable and subject to a $50 processing fee. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refunds after January 27 (no exceptions).

Waiting List

Once the 3rd batch of tickets has sold out, a waiting list will automatically be started. If there are any cancellations, we will contact those on the waiting list in the order in which they signed up.
